1. Definitions

• "User" / "You": Any individual who accesses, browses, or uses our Services, whether enrolled in a course or not.
• "Learner" / "Student": A User who has enrolled in one or more of our courses or programs.
• "Course": Any educational program, module, workshop, or training offered by us.
• "Content": All educational materials, videos, recordings, assignments, project briefs, and resources provided as part of a Course.
• "Platform": Our website, student portal, and any associated applications or tools.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if between 16 and 18
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Not be barred from receiving services under Indian law or any other applicable jurisdiction

3. Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Course Enrollment & Payment

4.1 Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only upon full payment (or approval of an installment plan) and receipt of a confirmation email. We reserve the right to limit enrollments per cohort to maintain quality. A seat is not guaranteed until payment is processed successfully.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect already-confirmed enrollments.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and approved EMI plans through our third-party payment partners. All payment processing is handled securely by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.

5. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our programs and offer a straightforward refund policy:

5.1 Full Refund Window

You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 7 days of enrollment or before the end of the 2nd live session (whichever comes first). To request a refund, email us at .

5.2 Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method. For EMI payments, the refund process may take additional time depending on your bank or financing partner.

5.3 Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests made after the refund window has closed
• Learners who have been removed for violating our code of conduct
• Scholarship or discounted enrollments (subject to specific terms)

5.4 Cohort Transfer

If you cannot attend your enrolled cohort, you may transfer to the next available cohort (one transfer allowed per enrollment, subject to availability). Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before your cohort starts.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All Content on our Platform — including course materials, recordings, presentations, code examples, project templates, branding, and website design — is the intellectual property of AI Academy or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright law (Copyright Act, 1957) and international treaties.

6.2 Limited License

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course Content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from our Content without prior written consent.

6.3 Your Projects

Projects you create during the course belong to you. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, showcase, and reference your projects (with attribution) for marketing, educational, and portfolio demonstration purposes.

7. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Share your login credentials or allow others to access your account
• Record, download, or redistribute live sessions or course recordings
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any course Content
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior during sessions
• Submit plagiarized work or misrepresent your project submissions
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise our Platform
• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

8. Placement Services Disclaimer

While we provide comprehensive placement support (resume building, mock interviews, referrals, and hiring partner introductions), we do not guarantee employment or specific outcomes. Placement statistics shared on our website are based on self-reported data from past graduates. Actual outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and employer requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Course giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for third-party tool outages, changes, or discontinuations that may affect course content.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Academy, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) any content you submit or share through our Platform.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where AI Academy is registered.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or claim, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days:

• The dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties.
• The language of arbitration shall be English, and the seat shall be in the city of AI Academy's registered office.
• The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent website notice at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must discontinue use of our Services.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
